About me

As an advisor to CEOs of small and mid-size companies, Steve Lauterback has worked in and counseled businesses in a diverse range of industries. His marketing, management and sales experience has benefited companies in nearly 70 different categories.

Before establishing Lauterback Marketing in 1999, Steve held management positions as president, national sales manager and vice president in manufacturing and business-to-business service companies.

In addition to running Lauterback Marketing, Steve is recent past president of the Executives' Association of New Jersey and is a member of the Peer Advisory Group at Soundboard.

 


John Malinowski is an award winning art director/graphic designer who has been building brands and increasing sales for over 25 years. John has a wealth of experience in marketing communications gained through a variety of products and services he has worked on at some of the largest advertising agencies in New York City.


 

Hugh McKenna contributes a variety of creative insights drawn from marketing research and other assignments in F500 companies. Hugh's experience is in new market development and operational improvement.  His skills are applied to plan development, copy writing and overseeing special projects.
